PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Borer requires an inspection and report BEFORE a quote can be offered. This costs $140+gst. This amount can be credited to any Borer jobed booked with ACES Pest Control.
Please note that ALL wood be treated needs to be naked, free of paint and varnish. If wood is not in this state the client will need to ensure this is done BEFORE any pest control work can be performed.
Insulation in subfloor and attic spaces NEED to be removed and the space made safe to work in BEFORE any pest control work can be performed. This needs to be done BEFORE we are able to perform the inspection & work and request it’s ready before we arrive on site.
